Need some good thoughts for my GI Doc

I debated about posting this here but since I am not using a name I feel it is ok privacy wise. Moderators if you feel you need to remove this I understand. I could use some good thoughts and prayers for my GI doctor. I have been seeing him since eartly February and he and his staff are wonderful. Last week he suffered a stroke and we still don't know if he is going to be ok. At this point they are having issues with bleeding in the brain and he has temporary shunts in. If any of you can I would appreciate you keeping him in your thoughts and prayers. Just say a prayer got tewcutes Gi doctor. Many thanks to everyone on this board for their love and support.

I really do hate strokes; I have seen too many of them of late :|

I do really hope your GI makes a full recovery; best wishes.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I talked to the PA this morning and asked how things are going and she said they are planning for him to be back within 2-3 months. I don't know yet if he will be allowed to do procedures but he does have a back up doc that can do them if he can't. I was just happy to hear I did not have to switch offices and that he is ok. He is such a nice man with a great gastro sense of humor!!
