Ibuprofen + PPI?

My nurse was telling me about a past study with a drug that combined ibuprofen with some type of PPI and the results were that the PPI greatly reduced the occurrence of ulcers from ibuprofen. Anybody hear of this kind of combo drug, or combine NSAIDs with PPIs? I take tylenol, but if I recall it doesn't have any anti-inflammatory properties. I also wonder if NSAIDs have much effect in reducing Crohns-related inflammation.

Pimfram is correct, we Crohnies are not allowed NSAIDS as they can not only trigger flares, but cause bleeding in us. Tylenol is the only over the counter pain med we are allowed. Good luck!
