Lyn,, good to see you. I've been battling some problems lately and that usually brings me outside where I can be reminded of how good I have it. Poor little critters can't go to the fridge or pantry or to Wallgreens. They cant go to my grape vines either less they incur my wrath. But eating bugs will get them on my good side fast...

I so love sitting out n watching nature too
somehow it just calms me
im out on my porch as i type hving morning ginger ale...
went to sil for supper last night n they still dont get foods i cant eat
so i wont be rude and yes i bleeding ate pork n other stuff i knew i would suffer from
and was a beating on my belly like a mad woman
it truly does help for me
