I was intrigued by what you said about
getting together or something in your post...not sure if others are interested......but freeways are easy to get to...

i think that would be great!! we used to live by South Mtn- 16th and Baseline in that Richmond American devp. there...now we're up north in Cave Creek- but like you said driving is easy (and if you live in the valley you're certainly used to it!)

looks like we got the four corners of the Phoenix metro area covered...so you all have to decide which free way is the easiest to get too and from...I'm not sure how far you can drive, so I guess the person who is in the worst shape, well defer to them...gotta find a place with decent restrooms...or someone's house...I am really cool about
this idea...I haven't really ever seen anybody else with crohn's...I've only been on the computer...

i would be totally up for something the week after this...this week is going to be nuts- i have a ton of OT at work (they're letting us work it so i gotta grab the $$). Monday I have a Remicade insusion in the afternoon and then Thurs I have a celiac plexus shot. The only day i can't do the week after is the 22nd- appt at Mayo- no idea how long it would take...i'd even be up for a Sat or Sun...

So would downtown be okay? Are you on any SCD diet? Cuz I don't really mind IHOP, it was especially good post remicade (I would go with DH after my infusions when I had them, I do Cimzia now)...actually I craved the pancakes the most...there is also First Watch on 3rd St & Thomas...if you want to do hamburgers, ther is Hamburger Works on 15th Ave & Thomas...I live in the SW valley...so just let me know...and yes, I also know that we can be unpredictable due to this DD...
Oh, and my addy (e-mail) is in a previous post on this thread...spelled out...I did it that was to prevent SPAM and worse...

I mostly know downtown, because I and my husband worked for the state for awhile(my husband still works for the state)...so we know the eateries a bit better...I was thinking of some of these as you just need to get of on Thomas from the I-17...it is only a few miles (or less away)...also, I could meet you for a lunch or something too...Tempe is not all that hard for me to get to either...just busy during the rush hours...just let me know...

Everyone, I think it might be a good idea if these arrangements were made by email.
I'm worrying for you all: there's a fair bit of identifying information being divulged in this thread, and that can be dangerous, either now or in the future.
I wish I could come - this sounds fun :-(.
Ivy.
