CT scan results?

I finally got a copy of my CT scan results in the mail a few days ago and have been trying to figure out what they mean since they got here. I moved from the city where my old GI was and I'm currently waiting for an appointment with my new one. I couldn't understand a lot of what was going on when I spoke with my doctor's nurse last time because I was distracted with moving and had no idea where this came from because I had been in remission for years. So I asked for a copy of the report to review and still don't understand it. Can anybody help?

Parts I'm stuck on -

"multiple loops of small bowel are poorly distended"
"there is a short segment of mildly thickened terminal ileum with mild mucosal hyperenhancement."
And the diagnosis - "short segment fibrostenotic distal ileal crohn's disease"

So can anybody translate this? Active? Stricture? I'm confused and thinking I need to go to med school to understand these reports. I'm seeing a new GI in about a month, but if I can figure this out (kind of) beforehand, it might help with the first appointment.

Any help would be appreciated.

hyperenhancement = hyper- over, above, excessive or beyond; enhancement - an increase in effect
fibrostenotic = fibro - fiber or fibrous tissues; steno - narrow or short; stenotic -produced by or or marked by stenosis
distal = farthest from the center
ileal = pertaining to the ileum
