what's the "reaction"?

For those of you that have taken Humira (or Remicade ... or Cimzia) and had a "reaction" to it ... what was the "reaction"? 

I ask ... 'cause I've been taking Humira since February ... and I've noticed a couple of little things ... but I'm not sure they're related to the Humira.

Remicade reaction caused sudden spike in blood pressure & pulse, feeling like I was going to pass out, like my chest, neck and head were on fire, followed by an immediate urge for a BM. 

Humira and Cimzia both just cause an injection site reaction for me...a white whelp around the injection site.  I also get more frequent upper respiratory infections, but that is a side effect, not a reaction.

On humira at first I noticed a lot of random bruising but after a few months that effect seemed to go away. Also I swear my hair has been shedding like crazy.

Over time I built up antibodies to the Remicade. The biggest symptom was debilitating joint pain to the point I could barely walk or use my hands. Stopped the drug -- symptoms gone.

What are you experiencing?

With remicade my chest went tight, I couldn't breathe and felt really hot from my chest upwards pretty scary. Bevx

I had first infusion of Remicade last week and my stomach has been 'unsettled' (was doing ok with the steriods) but I was very tired that
evening and had joint pain for a couple of days. Next infusion next week so it will be interesting to see if it was a 'one off'.

Thanks for the responses.  Since starting the Humira in February, there's been a couple of things that I've notice ... but I question weather they're drug related ... so I'm just keeping them in the back of my mind;

I'm much more emotional than usual.  Three days after my second to last dose, I had a complete melt-down about something that shouldn't have bothered me.  Ranting and raving about my step-daughter moving 90 minutes away ... ranting and raving about her husband ... her kids ... my other step-daughter ... their guardian mother.  If it had something to do with my step-daughters I was all over it that night. 

My last dose of Humira was this past Thursday morning ... Friday night I passed out and threw-up.  With that said, I do have a history of passing out and being sick if I've hurt myself or if the Crohn's gets to be to much for me.  The doctors have said it's a case of vaso-vagul (sp?).  But this evening, I hadn't been sick with the Crohn's ... and I didn't hurt myself (like whacking my kneecap or anything).  BUT ... it has been 90+ degrees in Vermont this past week ... and I DON'T do well in the heat.  ???     

I don't think these two incidences are drug related ... but, like I said, I'm going to keep them in mind and mention it to the doctor next time I see him.
