Looks like there's a new drug just coming into phase II clinical trials. I searched but couldn't find much about it. It's made by Amgen and targets interleuken 17.

Thanks GDen... I'm going to call them on Monday morning. Their exclusion criteria does not include latent TB, so maybe I could get in on it. Though, facing ostomy surgery... I meet with my surgeon next week. I am sort of tired from fighting this disease and failing all meds, except the prochymal and methylpred (even hives with prednisone!)
