Question- Heart&Crohn's related.

I'm off all meds until I see my GI on August 11th for a colonoscopy. Every night I've been having fevers between 100-101 degrees. I know I'm prone to dehydrating easily (for some reason, even after I'm dehydrated, my body keeps urinating..it's stumped more than one doctor). Well, now I'm very fatigued and my heart rate is up to 150 bpm. It's taking quite a bit of energy to even stand up, and when I do, I feel like fainting. My blood pressure is around 100/60...I usually am 120/80.
I REALLY don't want to go to the ER, my GP is on vacation and my GI is 2 hours away.

Should I just suck it up and go?

150 bpm is high. I got wheeled down to the ER when my bpm was in the 120s and they put me on saline IV.

My vote is yes, go. At the very least, they can start an IV to hydrate you.

If you won't go to the ER, at least call your GI and explain what is going on. My guess is that your GI will tell you to go to the ER.

Yeah, you should already be there, at least an urgent care to get checked out.
