pseudopolyps

I don't really know any more, they found a large one when son had his colonoscopy and biopsies were taken. Must admit I was pretty scared at the time as I knew what a polyp was but the pseudo part freaked me out because obviously something was 'pretending' to be a polyp!! Biopsy results confirmed Crohn's so I can only assume that you are correct in saying that they will go away as/when inflammation dies down. Son hasn't yet had another colonoscopy so I guess time will tell (the large one was some 2 cm in diameter)
