Has anyone that started having muscle/tendon issues after going on Humira/Cimzia had the symptoms disappear after going off of these drugs?  Or is it permanent even though it appeared to be drug-induced?

Don't know...but are your other symptoms under control? I know that crohn's can affect the tendons too, as part of the extraintestinal symptoms (oh joy)...

Undone:  I'm happy to say I have had absolutely no symptoms of the crohns since my last surgery in 2006.  I was put on Humira then Cimzia as maintenance therapy.  The Humira really set off the tendon/muscle issues so I switched to Cimzia - it's not a bad now but still "there".  I've been on 10 mg of pred for many months which helps but I'd like to get off it for all the usual reasons but every time I get to 7, things act up again.  Thanks for your reply.  I was beginning to think I was all alone out here with this particular problem!

I have the muscle and tendon pain as well. Used to be on Humira and am now on Cimzia. Cimzia muscle/tendon pain is worse for me on Cimzia, but it helps my other Crohn's symptoms quite a bit. I find if I am dehydrated the muscled/tendon pain is worse. I try to drink 2 liters of water a day. I hope you find some relief soon.
