the last 2 times i used my Humira pen's I noticed a small "pellet"-like object fall out of the gray end of the pen. Not sure if its the cap for the needle inside. anyone notice these or ever have this happen to you?

Sounds like a question for the Humira hotline.

I use the syringes more often than the pens, The syringeones do have a rubber and plastic cap for the needle but for the few times I remember using the pen there was no cap. I would definitly call the company

It's normal. I actually took a pen apart once after I used it because I noticed that. Sounds strange, but I was bored.
The grey "pellet" is what covers the needle. When you take the grey end off to use the syringe, it is loosened. I always put the grey cap back on to "store" before taking to get rid of it, and they fall out.

Must be dif. from my insulin pen. It has a rubber cap over the tip but each needle punches through it when it is screwed on. Nothing ever falls off ,,,and yes, I have taken them apart to see how they work too. Cant help it, I'm curious.
