rem and cigna and remistart

here is what is going on with rem. I have cigna hmo, I applied for remistart program and I needed not to pay the $250 copay that i thought I was going to have to pay, no extra money I'm on sdi can't afford $250 every 2-4 weeks. finds out I called cigna for eob to send to remistart and I called cigna they said you have no eob for your treatment, went to mycigna.com and looked up my claims, first infusion was $10,500 second was $11500. patient responsebility was 0$. no co-pay nothing, very happy about that, double checked on patient responseability and they said it is 0$ anybody else have that exper. but when that stuff wears off WOW, if you know what imean
