choc - Thanks :p
I have a new idea for setting myself goals (TLCs), which was suggested by my mum. Do one practical thing a day and go for one walk or drive a day. It's simple, but I like it. I do really admire Ivy (and other people, too) for being able to set herself long lists of daily goals and meet most of them, but I struggle to even think of 10 things to do in a day! :-/ That might change in the future, as I'm looking to move out of home - already there is more stuff for me to do. But to avoid becoming paralysed by anxiety (very easy for me), I'm taking it slowly.
I also met an internet person in real life for the first time last Friday. I was absolutely bricking it beforehand and wanted to run away, but I didn't and am glad that I didn't. She has been an internet friend for a long time and in time might become an IRL friend.
Anyway, TLC...
*drive to brother's
*bring mum and nephews back to our house to prepare them for a 2-day stay with us
*look up route to Chessington Zoo, in preparation for a possible visit tomorrow
It's going to be a tiring two days... :-/
EDIT: @Choc - I read your post about
your teeth with interest. I'm not proud of it, but I neglected my teeth in my childhood and teens, and hence had to have lots of fillings. Once I got the hang of brushing my teeth 15 years ago, I have almost never had another filling after that - one or two small ones, but that's it. And nothing in the last 10 years. I now have a really thorough teeth-brushing regime 2x a day, occasionally 3x if I eat more sugary things than normal. I so, so, so wish I had started earlier, but I can't undo the past: only not make worse the damage from the past. And really, your teeth will feel a whole lot better, cleaner and nicer if you brush regularly, as well look whiter. (Mine are nice and white; pity I can't do anything about
the crookedness... >_<)
