I've had skin tests done on a few foods, mostly nuts. I tested as allergic to all of them, however cashews is the only one I've ever had a bad go-to-ER reaction. So I stick to the nuts on the lower end of the allergy scale, and avoid those that were close to where cashews fell on the scale. I also do a 4 day nut rotation (almonds, peanut butter, pecans, macadamia nuts) to hopefully keep any major reactions at bay.
