If she didn't get it, that's her problem and she needs to do some reading / studying / learning to get up to speed, imho
. Maybe you could find some relevant posts from the forum, and send them to her so that she can see you're not completely strange?
I have that sort of food anxiety too. It's a bit better now that my symptoms are better, but at my worst, oh! I was a horror and a nightmare for anybody (e.g. hospital dietitian) that was trying to work out how to get me to eat. Pain will do that, NCOT.
I think it would be good for you, though, if you could work out some things that will work for you, and stick to them. I'm thinking of basic liquids (e.g. home made stocks, some clear fruit juices) and maybe some pureed vegetable soups; small amounts of mashed veg; maybe banana or pear smoothies; things like that. The liquids might really help you, and could tide you over until you get to talk about
enteral feeding with your doctor.
