I'm recovering from my first Crohn's flare which happened to be a horribly severe one. I've been surviving on rice, eggs, fish, tomato soup, squash (no skin), rice crackers, rice milk, soy milk, and Ensure for the past 2 months. My doctor said I can start re-introducing new foods when I feel comfortable. I'm planning on incorporating one new food at a time and keeping a food journal. Does anyone have any suggestions about which foods to try first? What's a good strategy?
