I would LOVE to eat more fruits and veggies but I also suffer from Oral Allergy Syndrome where my body thinks I am ingesting pollen that I am allergic to rather than fruits and veggies so my thhroat begins to close, tongue swells gums get itchy sometimes get hives (reaction varies on how much of the item, if it is cooked vs raw and how well cooked ..some cases doesnt matter and how long that food has given me trouble)...When I was a child I was one who rather sit down with peas on the pod or string beans (fresh) while watching TV instead of junk food...how I miss those days. As far as apples I cannot havea raw apple or apples where I cannot ****h them easily without reaction same goes for plums, peaches, nectarines, cherries, string beans, peas, carrots, cherries, blackberries, strawberries, kiwi, cantelope, grapes, and I am sure I am missing some which stinks
