Can I get insurance to exlude my pre-existing condition, but insure me otherwise?

I am looking for health insurance that would exclude my Crohn's but cover everything else. I don't qualify for my states high risk pool right now and don't really have any other options, I have pretty much exhausted everything. I read online where someone said they got coverage that covered everything but their pre-existing condition but I can't find any other info. My Crohn's is pretty under control and I am just taking Sulfasalzine which I can afford without insurance.

Any suggestions? It would probably be for only 6 months or so.

Are you in the US?  I think the new health care bill requires coverage of pre existing conditions.  Not sure when that part goes into effect though.

Why do you not qualify for the high risk pool in your state? Some of the new laws are already going into effect and your state may have recently changed the high risk pool standards. If not, you may want to look for a job with a large corp that does not worry about pre-existing conditions.
