Friday tlc

Done:

* showered, dressed, put on makeup
* folded clothes
* changed & washed sheets, remade bed
* talked to family
* gone to church afternoon tea, but had to leave because of feeling yuck
* faffed since then, but have done a bit of mending.

I've also just caught a feral cat that has snuck into the house (the door was open so my girls could do their before-bed toilet run). It's burning hot, so I think it's sick - JUST what I don't want around my cats - so I have locked it in the garage with food & water and will try to take it to the RSPCA tomorrow (or, better, get them to come here: I don't know how I'll manage to put a feral cat in a carry box).

I'm trying to do at least some dishes and struggling with it. How about I do another ten, and then head to bed?

The RSPCA should come out to you if you ask them to. Poor cat. But you are doing the right thing by it. Hopefully it'll be okay and possibly even get a new home.

TLCs:

*create a chart in Excel for keeping a food/symptoms diary. If I can remember how to use Excel!
*do some online research about food intolerances
*get in touch with the woman who sent me a letter. I was gonna write her back, but so that she hears from me within the next 6 months, I think I will send a text first... :-/
*email Ivy and Vixen
*go out for an hour or two, just to get some fresh air

Also, the hospital got in touch today and offered me an MRI scan for next Monday. It was the last thing I was expecting, tbh. And now I don't really know what to do next. I didn't make any follow-up appointment, so even if I get the MRI scan done I have no appointment to see anybody after it.

Not a great day, but did some of my TLCs...

Dreadful evening, but that was expected. I ate rather rubbishly again. My mum had bought 3 individual chicken and ham pies earlier in the week, so I ate it rather than wasted it. Had a clear out of the cupboard though, and threw away some biscuits, out-of-date coffees, pasta snacks, cereal bars, etc. There's still quite a lot left but I don't have the heart to waste too much food in one go.

Oh. I took 6MP for the first time in about 10 days :-/ I think my appetite and energy increased after I came off that stuff; that's why I've been having worse issues with eating recently!

Prawns? :-/

I don't really know, to be honest. Eggs are 'safe' because I only eat 2 at a time and they're filling for what they are. But I have to eat other things in a day besides 2 eggs and that's where the problems begin. I just don't know of any safe foods I can reliably fill up on. If I don't have much appetitite, then it's easier obviously, as I can get by on less.

You may be right about the 6MP... :-/

Pears are a possibility! I rarely eat pears so I shouldn't have built up any sensitivity to them either. Unfortunately there's a reason I rarely eat them... I'm not a huge fruit eater really (prefer veggies). The only fruit I actively like are berries, but that doesn't mean to say I find all other fruits horrible. I can eat apples, oranges, bananas, etc. And can add pears to that list.

I can tell it's late and I'm tired, when all I want to do is ramble... <_<

Edit: Whoops. Milk is okay as far as I know. But I do drink it every day, so it's hard to really know if it has an effect or not.
