Crohns slogan

I'm not sure that there is anything official. Should there be?

I still think "never trust a fart" is the best one!

I bet it is a crappy one.

If you remember some old VW commercials, they used a made up word, Fahrfegnugen.  A play on that I saw on a t-shirt was Fahrfrompoopin (Picture of a stick figure sitting on a toilet), ours could be.....

My tattoo is a purple ribbon with 3 purple butterflies coming out of it.  Purple  is the offical ribbon color (sometimes it can be blue).  CCFAs solgan is "Got Guts" and their colors are blue and orange.

Since some patients, like my daughter, never have D, "Never Fahrfrompoopin" wouldn't work for her.

In fact, these patients are at higher risk of being misdiagnosed - as my daughter was by a doc who literally wrote the book on Crohn's - because they don't present with traditional Crohn's symptoms. So a slogan like this might even make it worse for them.    

What about Fartandpoopin:)

I have two variations of a slogan that I use

1- We all have to go sometime, I have to go all the time.  Crohn's Disease

2- We all gotta go sometime, I gotta go NOW!  Crohn's Disease

 

I can understand the color being blue, from holding ones breath in the bathroom , but , brown could work as well. Now for slogans, how about,,,With Crohns , life is a crap shoot. Crap happens . I pooed . For your safety , please stay back 20 feet . Even thought of a pic of someone on the toilet with the words, Don't turn out the light , I may be a while . Orrrrr , a pair of shoes in front of the toilet with the words, Please dont flush , I'm still in here.

How about,,,,If you dont know crohns, you dont know s,,,,,ahhhh,,,,,crap...
