Remicade with a cold?

I am to have my third Remicade infusion tomorrow and think I might be getting a cold. Is it okay to get Remicade if one has a cold?

I had an upper respiratory bug one time which I got a couple days before my Remicade was due. I called and was told to come in to be checked out. The infusion center chief took my vitals listened to my lungs, looked in my throat and ears. I had a temp of 99. 8 and my throat was red and neck nodes somewhat enlarged. He vetoed my getting my infusion that day. I had to wait until all the symptoms disappeared. Then another time, I had what I would call "the sniffles." That slightly congested, not right feeling. Got checked out and they let me have my infusion.
