I experience the same thing. I have to flare for weeks to months before I start to lose weight, but then it just drops. I think it is your body going into starvation mode. I have days where I don't eat except for a few pieces of cheese and a handful of pretzels, but the scale doesn't move. Then when I start to eat again, the scale doesn't go up either so, I guess its good. I try to always have 5 extra pounds just in case though.
