Not sure what's going on

I'm going back and forth between going once every 24 hrs-ish to having bloody D and cramps all day long, and I'm still incredibly nauseous. I'm not sure what is going on. I'm still waiting to schedule an x-ray, I have a dr's appointment Monday morning. I'm almost thinking Pentasa isn't cutting it and will need to move on to Remicade. I give up on trying to figure out what my intestines are doing, they have a mind of their own.
