Body shaking ....from meds?

Hey all,
Three days ago I had my first Remicade infusion. My GI also has me on asacol 3 pills 3 times a day, and mp-6. Last night I endless d and vomitting. Today I am not vomiting now but I feel awful. My body hurts everywhere. My head is throbbing and I also am very shaky in my hands and legs. I feel like I getting worse and not better. I am newly diagnosed and feel so helpless. Could this all be because of the meds?

If you have had lots of vomiting and diarrhea - you could be dehydrated. Can you retain fluids now? Make sure you are getting enough - Pedilyte or Gatorade can help besides water.

6MP can cause nausea and in some vomiting. How long are have you been taking ?

Also, read this warning that goes with all meds like Asacol:
"you should know that mesalamine may cause a serious reaction. Many of the symptoms of this reaction are similar to the symptoms of ulcerative colitis, so it may be difficult to tell if you are experiencing a reaction to the medication or a flare (episode of symptoms) of your disease. Call your doctor if you experience some or all of the following symptoms: stomach pain or cramping; bloody diarrhea; fever; headache; weakness; rash; or red, irritated eyes."
