I was diagnosed in November 2008, I'm 20 years old, and my brother also has Crohn's.
It's been a real roller coaster the last two years but things are finally seem to be heading a postive direction.
I could go on and on about my journey with crohn's but I won't babble.

Glad I stumbled upon this site, any questions I would love to answer!

We all got a story to tell!
