Made it back from Jamaica!! only a cracked bum

first successful vacation in years, didn't get robbed or pick up any crazy bacterias!  Only problem is the antibiotics caused a major flare a month ago (sinus infection) have created a crack in my bum Dr ordered cimzia two weeks early, which I took on monday.  Unfortunately it didn't work in healing this sore.  My poor husband looked and said it actually one inch above my anus actually.  Any time my cheeks are spread it bleeds, bright red blood.  What to do?  Can I put antibiotic cream on it since its not near any openings?  As usual thanks in advance for any guidance.  I know I've heard on here my bum is cracked.  Now I get it, and its not so funny anymore.

I second calmoseptine. I had a fissue and hemmie issue going this fall, Calmoseptine is the only thing that helped it heal. I got mine at Walgreens, they had to order it but they get it the next day by noon.

so glad you had a successful vacation :) I swear by Bepanthen Antiseptic Cream to soothe and heal but nor sure if available in your neck of the woods!

Thanks for the advice. My OBGYN gave me some antibacterial cream via prescription. I had never heard of it before and it kinda made things worse. Not sure why she gave this to me, I had called her for a yeast infection that was taking over after the antibiotics. Man do antibiotics reak havoc on our bodies. Its strange I was doing so well and one round of antibiotics have screwed things up for months.
