well guys its almost midnight here so this brings to a close my 11th year on TPN..  whoda thunk it?  so basically if you think of it in a differant way i have been hooked up to an IV for 5 1/2 of the last 11 years..  ill let you guys do the math this year   365x 11 + maybe 400 or more antibiotic infusions etc..   smilewinkgrin

My math was never the greatest and is even less so now so I'm not even going to try to do your math for you, Randy. I'm just glad it has worked and we have you to brighten and inspire our lives. (But don't let it go to your head!).

thanks guys, dunny i dont know how either. i never thought i could , but i guess you do what ya gotta do. its so normal to me that i cant remember what it was like before, if ya know what i mean.. its just like any other thing in life. you get used to it and it becomes normal..

Randy I am so happy that you are still here. If thats what it takes to keep you relatively well, then thats what ya have to do, right?? As long as we get to have you around thats all that matters. Hugs!

I have a little great niece who has a really bad case of Epilepsy and has to have tube feedings during the day. Went to visit the other day and she was getting one of her daily tube feedings. I teased her and told make sure you eat it all, and she said I am not eating, there is nothing to chew!

I agree Randy - we do what we have to do and life goes on.  I'm glad you are on this site.  You have given me so much inspiration and taught me so much, not to mention all the laughs.  Happy Anniversary!  I hope you and your family have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
