Having IBS can also cause a lot of gas issues, and many IBDers suffer with IBS as well so that's something to consider. Also, Probiotics can be very beneficial for gas issues (IBD and IBS as well).

Crohns decease and colitis for the past four years.
Do not eat red meat or potatoes they give you very bad gas. Red meat will not digest easily so your farts will smell like dead meat.
