I haven't posted here in a long time, so hi everyone! I had a resection done in March (my disease was really severe at the time), and I was on 6-MP up until about a month ago, when I had to be switched to Imuran (can't find 6-MP here anymore). For the past week or so, I have been having really bad pain beside my right shoulder blade and I was wondering if there's any chance this is due to the meds or could be something else Crohn's related, because I am young (22) and haven't had any kind of back pain before. My knees have also been getting sore (hurts to walk up and down stairs a lot of the time now) and my knees crack any time I bend them. I feel like an old lady! lol.

immuran was the worst side effects for me, i had back aches, kidney aches, thin skin on arms and hands, cut really easy because of thin skin, I lasted 2 months, then rem, works pretty good. could be cd related arthritis, I hope it's the med's at least there are other med's to try

I'm getting that - I also have pain under my rib cage on the right side and I think both are gallbladder.  Can you link you pain to when you eat?

I would ask your doc to check your gall bladder out.
