Could spasm be a symptoms of Chrons?

Yes, it can if it is a spasm in the stomach. I had those and was on Buscapan for a while. It helped immensely. Haven't had to use them since about month 2 of being on Pentasa, but I can definately say that spasms can be a symptom.

Because i talk to a guy that have IBD and he told me the spasms are powerful.

I have no bleeding,i have spastic colon and i wonder if i should get an ileostomy.

I want to stop this spasms hell.

Yes even though I am remission right now, if I eat something wrong I will get bad spasmy pain. Hugs!

Honestly what i did was eating too much rice and rice water.

Now it seems the immune system is spasming the Splenic flexture and it's painful when i move.

I'm constipated i guess.Nothing new.

Stomach spasms are one of my worst complaints (other than the arthritis), but dr seems to think the spasms are from IBS, not Crohn's.  Librax has done wonders for me.

what do you guys mean by spasms? same as crampy pain?
