* check meds
* order meds
* prep for appointment
* get directions and write them in my diary or somewhere else I'm not likely to forget
* drive to appointment (I'm worried about this, as she has moved out of town and it's a much longer drive than I'm used to)
* REST
* try to do a little exercise
* some tidying, dishes, laundry etc.
* put pigs outside for fresh air; maybe clean out their cage if I get some energy

Maybe write some of the letters I owe? We'll see.


Gosh, I feel horrible. I don't know if I told you all, but I did ring and try to make an earlier gp appointment, but it's too hard to find a space, so I'm just going to have to wait until the appointment I already have for next week.

Feeling rough myself today. Think i might go back and have a nap but bleurgh!

Think it may be an international feeling rough day today. Not fun!

Sending you big hugs for IFR Day, Choc.

My psychologist has moved offices and she's out in the country now, and there are horses next to her office! I thought of you and tried to say hello to one, Choc, but it just snorted on my hand and walked off, rather than letting me scratch it. Does that mean disgust in horsese?

I forgot to pick up my meds from the pharmacist on the way home, so I'm without antidepressants tonight. Yes, I *know* that's bad, but I'm hoping one night without meds won't make any difference...

btw, I received an email from NCOT today, Choc, and she said she'll write to you next, but can't handle more than one email in a day, as she finds writing hard.

I'm doing a quick pick-up and put-away, and will be heading to bed soon. Choc, I hope you feel much better by the time you see this.

Nah, its not real disgust! Some horses only want to say 'hello' if you have food in your hand! My old horse was like that, although he bit so you could only really get stuff done with his head if you had food or he had a headcollar on! I still have a scar on my upper left arm from him. Miss him alot. My GI has banned me from riding again so no horses in my life again. Not that there has been since april last year!

Wicked, glad to hear NCOT is doing ok. I was pondering wether to email again but didnt want to bug her. Just in case she actually didnt want to talk to me.

I stopped taking my anti-depressant awhile back. I did tell the GP and the psycologist. I think i was depressed at the time but it was situationally depressed since my life had stopped again. Plus i didnt like how they sedated me at night. Never trusted i could wake up if i needed the loo.

Feeling alittle better now, but still going to head for a nap. I suppose i should really eat before i go sleep otherwise i'll be all weak and shaky when i wake up. I have a tendancy to sleep for 4 hours at a time!

LOL. I thought of offering grass or something, but there wasn't much around, and I wasn't sure the owner would like it.

Wot, you're not allowed to ride again EVER? Why not? Did he explain? That's horrible, Choc; I'm more sorry than I can express :-( :-(.

My antid is to *make* me sleep. Oh well. The prescription is filled; I just ran out of energy and couldn't pick it up on the way home. I should be able to get it tomorrow, I hope, so it should just be for one night.

I hope the nap helps, Choc.

Me - only a few days now until gp appointment. I do hope he can diagnose and help, as I am SICK of this, whatever it is.

ps. The boys send you a purry rumble and a sniff and a squeak; my two girls send you a purr and a gentle headbut and a very kindly look. (How are the kittens, btw?).

Well banned for the forseeable future. Which sucks cos i was just about to try to get back on! I think he's worried that i'm too weak or i'll overdo it ect.

Tried to get a nap and i think i dozed for awhile, but kittens decided i was being boring so i got jumped on alot. They're about 10 seconds from being throttled right now!!

I know they're only 7 months but gawd they dont ever stop playing!!! It gets to the point where you have to shut them out of bedrooms to get some rest, but then they throw a strop cos you've shut them out! I've had them throwing themselves at my bedroom door for over an hour before now. I love them really, but they can grate after awhile when they've been especially active!!

Thanks for the cuddles from nice normal sensible cats, that know the advantages of a good nap!!
I'd send you some cuddles from mine, but i'm not sure they know how to be gentle!!

Oh goody, just got a letter off my GI. My blood tests show i'm STILL aneamic, and i have some inflammation going on. He isnt sure if its the crohn's or from my knee swelling up. He wants to do another scan to have a look. Which i know is good, but i had two scans last year, and i REALLY hate drinking the contrast. Its disgusting!

Hello All!! Sorry to hear Ivy that you are still under the weather. I had to call out from work yesterday as I was in SOOOO much pain. The arthritis and fibro decided to hit on the same day. I could hardly walk yesterday it was so bad.

Today is back to work, but being gentle with myself, and try not to walk too much. After work need to pick up some refills I ordered, then its back home to rest.

Yeah the new bumper that was damaged when we hit the dog, is only going to cost $195 to fix. Not too bad.

hi you guys over the pond, choc. that is sad about no horses, your doc is probably worried you will over extend yourself. easy to do with horses. horses to me are the most calming of animals to be around.

  crappy day in mountains of southern california today, windy, AGAIN!!!!

  looks like couch day, or until wind stops, they're not stopping until thursdsay. maybe slow down enough to start making a couple of rocking chairs. cheerio ladies.

  see I'm getting you guys lingo down, the only thing is if I start telling my wife I'm going to loo instead of cann she will think something is up.

Ivy, I'm really glad to hear that you got into your GP's...I'm super worried about you...oh, you have an e-mail...

Nanners...really sorry to hear you're in such a bind...
Artist Guy, we're getting that wind now too (I live in Phoenix)...really want rain though...maybe I should do the Arizona rain dance (not sure if it works in SD), but you know, wash my car (it needs it too)

Okay, my list...hmmm...
I really want to pick up my needle n thread...I haven't done this since December 24th...I just want to put in ONE stitch today...that is my goal...one stitch...
Oh, and remember to take all doses of my meds...(the one's I forget in the afternoon)

  Oh yea! undone, with your craft, one sticth leads to two, the next thing you know, you're sticthing away. I tried to finish 1 rocker, but that wind is making things a little frustrating, so I'm in house just in time for DOG WHISPERER,YEA!! i love ceasar, love his story on how he came to america, now he's a millionaire, and very humble. All from dogs, truly incredible story.

Hey AG hubby and I love watching the dog whisperer too. We want to get a dog in the future (not till we get bigger place) and love all the tips he has for training dogs.

Becoming undone, please don't do a rain dance here, we had more than our share hit us in November and December. My bones can't take more of that dampness:)

I've been riding horse on and off for about 8 years maybe? The best story I got is when a horse bit me right on the right buttocks. Couldn't sit straight for days haha

Pretty productive day so far, went to the gym, grocery store to pick a few things, went to counseling.

Oh my dog locked me out of the house so I had to climb in through the window. The snow banks are so high it was quite interesting.

Now I'm exhausted so I'm going to eat and take a nap.
