And it can change day to day, too, depending on how empty your bowels are and I'm sure a host of other mysterious factors.
I just can't eat ice cream anymore (I don't take lactaid pills because I'm.....to lazy to carry them around). Frozen yogurt doesn't seem to bother me, but I think you might find your response is brand-related too.
You might also pay attention to the fat content. Higher fat content might mean less milk sugar.
