The most interesting thing is that we don't have to react to something the day we eat it, your reaction could be from something you had the day before, Dragonfly. Or the day before that. It may very well be a reaction on what we're eating all the time that is showing it's ugliest face that day you're in pain.

The only way to figure out WHAT brought the reaction out in the daylight is to do as is suggested here:
Try to stay away from possible triggers for a month.
Cut ALL gluten for a month......are you better? Cut it for another month. Are you much better then? Well, you might have digged and found a treasure.
If you're not better:
Try to cut all diary. Follow the same route.
And
If it's spices? Sugar? There you go!
