Stayed in bed a little longer this morning. I have sore spots all over from trying to sleep in waiting room chairs. Wife was really run through the ringer but sleept late Sat. and I did not disturb her until she was up on her own. We did a bit of shoping Sun. There is a central market with lots of good eats. We bought mostly veggies that we cant get at home. I was feeling lucky because my old gut had not given me much trouble and wouldn't you know it, woke up yesterday morning with the every ten minute run to the bathroom blues. When I though it was under a bit of control we headed for home. I did well and as we were leaving a rest stop my wife got a phone call from her doc. Good thing too because as I waited for her to talk I got a call of a different type . Had we been on the road I would have been in a nylon bind because the next place to stop was way too far. All turned out well and we got home safe and sound but very tired. Good news is we have an apt. with a very fine Doc that specializes in breast cancer. Sister in laws neighbor went to her when she was tired of the run around at MD Anderson. She went to see her Friday and got my wife an apt for the day after we return to MD A for test results in two weeks. Hey, A second ,second opinion cant hurt, Right ? Other than this all we can do now is wait. Thanks for being there for us and listening to me jabber. By the way , while in the market I had a lot of fun watching the men that were mesmerized by the bread slicer. The machine was very interesting with all the little blades going up and down and cutting perfect slices as the bread went through. That being said , I personally think it was her dark eyes and accent that kept all the guys standing in line again and again just to have loaf after loaf sliced. Good thing bread is bad for me, but did I tell you about the cheese slicer ?
