Headaches after humira

Okay almost every time I put on my humira injection I get a really bad headache about an hour after. Is this normal? I also don't know what to take because tylenol doesn't help and being a crohnie means I can't take NSAIDs. So if you do get these headaches what do you do or take to relieve the headache?

Yes I can get headaches after taking Humira and also very tired the same afternoon. I take co-codamol which I take anyway for neck injury.
