good blood work but still in BR... how can that be?

I just got my blood work back.  For the first time it is good. Iron levels up  ( due to 3 infusions over the past year) which has helped. BUT.... now I am confused. if my blood work "looks" so good why am in the bathroom 15 times a day?  Although I don't have that explosive diarrhea I still have mutliple Bowel movements all day long... Am I just crazy?  Will Gi think that this is "not " the CD....   although I love the fact that my blood work is good... makes me feel like a fake with regard to CD symptoms.  Any ideas????  Prof

I have had many instances where my blood work came back fine, but was still flaring. I think I would request some other testing to figure out whats going on. Hugs!

Thanks.. I honestly dont think i am flaring. just think this is MY remission! Sometimes it is like I feel "done" but no way... and have to keep going back.

I've been told that sometimes scar tissue can cause active CD symptoms with regard to number of trip to bathroom and the urgency... That may not be the case, just something my doctor told me can happen.

My symptoms often don't match my bloodwork -- frustrating! It reminds me of being in labor and my husband telling me I wasn't having a contraction because the monitor didn't show it -- despite the fact that I was in obvious pain. I think the way you feel is the most important thing.
