I know several of us follow different diets and eating variations. Any of you out there not eating dairy and wheat do you have any breakfast suggestions?
I was eating scrambled eggs everyday but I am really getting tired of that and need something filling and quick in the AM.

Gluten free pancakes, there is a brand called Pamela's that we get, and yum. They aren't as heavy as regular pancakes. Do you like rice cakes? I like to put almond butter, and fruit on them. Very good.

I eat Nature's Path GF homestyle waffles with real maple syrup. They are yummy.

Fruit is good. Smoothies are good too.
I never eat a healthy breakfast, these days I don't have anything.
I have bought gluten free waffles at trader joes in the past.

Thanks guys. That is a lot of good suggestions. I used to make smoothies a lot, I think I need to get back into that. I also like the rice cake idea with my sesame butter and fruit!

I've been eating a gluten free granola with lactose free milk. You could do the same with a soy milk or other substitute.
