Can regular abnormalities, such as a cold or a sinus infection, or a chest cold, can these things be worsened by Crohn's Disease? I feel like i have sinus infection symptoms 24/7

I had bad sinus problems until my gi suggested I take a zyrtec every night. It has helped so much.

some crohns meds might make you more susceptible than a healthy person to getting a secondary infection from a viral illness but it could just be you have a sinus infection that needs antibiotics to clear it or an allergy to something - if it doesn't clear a visit to your doctor makes good sense :)
