I find it kinda funny I find it kinda sad. I havnt slept in days but this is some of the most energy I have ever had. Something isnt that funny but I cant help but laugh. Something isnt so sad but I tear up bad.

Wow. Prednisone makes me crazy. Im only taking 35mg for 4 days now and already feeling the effects. Good and bad. Today was the first day in a long time I thought darn im hungry. So thats good. How long do you all usually take prednisone and how much? Im doing 35 for 3 weeks then weening off. I hadnt been taking my imuran regular and been hurting so as much as I hate this stuff, I love it at the same time.

Pred makes me so wired at times - it's like a shaky caffeine overdose!

I usually taper down from either 60mg or 40mg in 5mg doses and I find that very effective! I've got to say I love it when the hunger comes back.

Well I would highly suggest you stay regular on your Imuran so that you don't need to take Pred again. Its one of those meds we love to hate. But it is really important for you to stay on your maintenance meds. Hugs!

pred was one drug that I could not take side's. made my personallity change, on top of all the other crap.

Your right nanner! It was a money thing but also a bit of a stupidity thing with the imuran. and artist guy pred def changes me mentally to being all over the map.
