I've got some serious pains going on right now. Anybody got any tips to help quell them a bit? I've taken a dicyclomine pill but I didn't know if there was anything else anyone could suggest.

There are so many variables it is hard to say. Sometimes I am helped by walking. Sometimes heat will help me. Sometimes meditation. Change or holding cerain positions in bed. Watching what I eat.

I hope some of these may help you.

Heating pad may work...are you running a fever?

Oh yeah, the heating pad in those times is my best friend. Also, do not hesitate to go to the ER if things get worse. Hugs!

I haven't had a fever (luckily), just pains in the stomach and now a weird feeling in my throat. Like, it feels like something is caught in it, even though there isn't. Really irritating and somewhat worrying, as I've never had symptoms of the disease anywhere but in my colon.

Sounds like it might be something like GERD. It gives me a really bad stomachache and a very acidy feeling throat. I take Prontonix for mine and it took it right away. Hugs!
