I really feel like diet plays a vital role in my disease, i would like some input
as if you can eat the perfect crohns diet every day
what would it be for
breakfast
lunch
supper,
currently for breakfast i have gluten free cereal, either with almond milk
sometimes no milk just plain yogurt, either dannon, or stony field organic
mixed with flax and some raisins
then glass of orange juice
lunch, usually have a bowl of fruit
or just mixed vegeatbles with bottled water
for supper, usually have just vegetables or maybe some chicken and rice
with pomergrante juice to drink
on weekends i might have tcby yogurt
i have a lady that lives with me, and cooks essentially what i want
so i dont have the pressure of nagging wife like i used to,
to eat more fattening foods to gain weight,
even if i could eat like a horse, i might gain a pound
any suggestions on diet appreciated
