1 is acid refux linked to crohns at all

2 is anyone else having the eat must go to toilet thing or is that just me

sorry if these seem stupid questions im trying to get a list together for next doctor appointment

I personally believe that acid reflux can be part of Crohn's. Crohn's can occur anywhere from the throat to the butt.

Every human being has a built-in process that stimulates bowel function after eating. We Crohn's folks are super special in that "stimulates bowel function" can mean run like heck to the toilet.

I agree with Kazberm on the acid reflux thing.  And right now in a flare, I eat, have to go!  If I swallow even a drink of water, I have to go....and there is not much time to get there either.  I feel like I live in the bathroom lately. 

also, don't feel like you are asking a stupid question here, these people are so informative and caring, there is no stupid questions.  If this is all new to you, I'm sure you will get some answers here.  Good luck and ask away before you go to your appt. you are smart to go in with questions or notes.  Good luck to you, and feel better soon

I have lost 14 pounds in a week and half, because everything I eat goes through me, so I have quit eating. The beginning of my problems actually started with Acid Reflex.

Never knew that everyone had a process that stimulated bowel movement after eating...Guess that makes sense though, I didn't think I could digest food in a matter of minutes lol

I only asked as ( while im still waiting on a decision as to What i have) Crohns seems to have so many little ways to show you its there.

Oh yeah many of us suffer with GERD/Acid Reflux. I know I do. Also, I am currently flaring myself, and everything is pretty much going right thru me, and I am one who usually suffers with more constipation. Hugs!
