Rash/hives

I started Humira in March and was doing fine, just injection site reactions that go away after few days. Last week I started developing a rash on my legs, torso and arms. It’s patches of hives that are pink and very itchy. It seems to be getting worse when I am outside, not even on a sun, just being outside in a heat. I am putting on Caladryl lotion that seems to help with the itch a little, but the hives do not go away. Anyone had this?

I had a rash but no hives when I was on Humira a few years ago. My rash would come and go and my GP prescribed visteril. It helped but it made me a little tired so I took it at night and slept like a baby. I also purchased a rash lotion that I bought a Whole Foods that worked real well. I can't remember the name but I believe it was the only type they had. After Humira stopped working for me I moved on to Cimzia and it never gave me a rash. Good luck!

I am on Humira and broke out in hives from it. It was only once, but my legs, arms and part of my abdominal area were covered. I took some benadryl and it seemed to help with them.
