Hello smilewinkgrin  

I'm a newbie. Not sure what I am supposed to say in this intro post. I guess I'll start by saying I personally have Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis, which is why I decided to join this forum. I was finally diagnosed in 2004, after seeing my Family Dr. & then going to 7 different GI Doctors. 

I am hoping to support, learn, & maybe even help others while here.

And so.. here we go!

You've come to the right place, full of knowledgeable, funny, and empathetic people. Don't be afraid to ask anything, however sensitive or gross! Somebody here will have gone through exactly the same thing.

Thanks everyone! =) I was so glad to see there was a place like this. I have family & friends who listen, but they never TRULY understand as I am sure you all know. It'll be nice to talk to people who get what I'm going through on a more personal level, even though any support is always appreciated!
I also hope to help people with whatever knowledge I may have. Right now I am just trying to catch up a little by reading past posts.

Any questions you may have or if you see another members post that you think you might have something to contribute, please feel free to post. I just ask you not bring up the really old posts. Its better to start a new post, as most tend to avoid the old posts thinking they already responded. We are glad you have joined us. Hugs!

Oh OK.. I will just read them then & if I have anything to contribute I will just do so on a new post then. And thank you for giving my introduction a name.. I missed that part! LOL
