Three litres?
Lemon flavour?


I had it for my last colonoscopy and had less trouble with it than some other preps. I'd like to use it again, but neither I nor the hospital seem to be able to remember what it's called.

Any ideas, folks?

Is it colonlytey? Its been a while since I've had to have a prep and thankfully never again but I think thats the 3 litre one. Hope this helps

Magnesium citrate is a small green bottle and I call it ,,,,,,Five Hour Enema ,,,,,,, because its a small bottle but it keeps you going and going and going . Nope you must be drinking Go lightly ,,,, Ever Ready bunny in a jug , why , because it keeps you going and going and going . Try the old prep with the three little pills , the jug , the magnesium citrate and the fleets enema. I call that one ,,,,Apollo 13 . 3 2 1 BLASTOFF ...............Huston ,,,,we have a problem ...

Nup, Golytely (apart from being incorrectly named :-/) is four litres.

Def not Mag citrate, either.

I think I'd rather not do the three tablets, Sniper. The more dilute, the better. Those two tiny bottles of Fleet just about killed me, on the multiple times I was given it.

Not sure but I find Picoprep really good. Makes up into a not unpleasant drink of normal glass size that I follow with plenty of lemonade. certainly the best prep I have ever done so now my prep of choice :)

poor you having to even think about it let alone do it ;(

Is it HalfLytely? Very close to GoLytely, but a bit less amount.

I think it's halflytely too. I used to like the Fleets 2oz bottles, but it's been withdrawn. Can't get it

Hmmm. Halflytely sounds familiar, so maybe that's it. Not convinced, though - please keep the ideas coming.

(I don't know why they can't just look in my hospital file and find out for themselves...)

Each to their own, by the sounds of it, Dunny. I used to get in so much strife with those two small bottles of Fleet. I'm glad you were able to cope with it, though.

MoviPrep? I think that's only 2 liters instead of 3. Awesome stuff though, relatively speaking. :)
