Organic low fat chips & cheesies are a good snack, rice crackers and old cheddar cheese, rice crackers & org. peanut butter and jam, Maple Leaf/Schneiders natural meats (turkey, chicken, ham, etc) on a bagel with all the veggie trimmings. Fruit is good, depending on what you can tolerate, applesauce, bananas, etc.
You want to try to eat a protein, a carb, and a veggie/fruit that you can tolerate. I find raw baby carrot sticks are easier to tolerate than cooked carrots.
