Strange wax-like objects in stool

I have crohn's disease and I'm on remicade however the last few times I've gone to the bathroom I've noticed these strange things in the toilet. They look like you've melted a candle in the toilet, they're flat, waxy and they float. They almost look like grease. The first time it happened they were white and the second time it happened they were a pale orange almost yellow colour. I thought at first it might be mucous but from the descriptions I've read about mucous in stool it doesn't seem to fit. Does anyone know what this might be?

It didn't smell that much worse than normal and thats why I thought it might not be fat. I'll definitely be giving him a call! Thanks for the help :)

I've actually been more constipated than anything. And no, I haven't been on any antibiotics since I started my remicade in january. I'll definitely be calling him, thanks :)
