Stabbing in toes

Hello Anyone and everyone,

                                        I have at times some stabbing pains at the tip of my toe, being my big oe too the top of my foot. It can also jump between toes or to either foot and only when my leg is bent like when i am driving so I smack my foot against the floor to get rid of it. Same as when i am sitting at home legs up on the recliner and it comes so I press my heel from the other foot against it for relief. Can anybody explain this short pain 2me, Thanks all the best Beast

I have this on occations, too.

I wonder if this could be from walking or standing too much, may be having not suitable shoes. I have earlier had some inflamation under my feet, just on the soft part under my toes, and the pain in the toes reminds me of that inflammation pain. My doc explained that the inflammation I had came from walking with bad shoes. / high heel shoes.
