 Can someone please help me try to make sense of these results?

There is diffuse thickening of the terminal illeum with submucosal fatty infiltration.

Two distinct adjacent 3 cm long mild stricture formation are present within the distal and terminal ileum.

Do I have active inflammation causing the strictures or is it scarring?  How bad are the strictures?  I had a stricture that was like a piece of string 10 years ago and had a foot of intestines removed.  Right now, about an hour and a half to two hours after eating, I feel really bloated and full and my belly feels hard at the belly button area.  Does anyone know what this could mean??? 

Sorry for all of the questions, I know alot of people here have had similar issues and any insight would be appreciated.

Hi kprice 19 and welcome to Healingwell. The test results don't really confirm if it is inflammation or scar tissue. That would be something to discuss with your doc. Its does say though that "mild" stricture formation are present. That could be where your reconnection site is located and its common for their to be some narrowing in that area due to healing and scarring that occurs after surgery.

As for the bloating and full feelings, you might want to talk to your GI about a possible bacterial overgrowth. It is common for those who have had resections to get bacterial overgrowth. There is a breath test that can be done to confirm it, but GI always just goes off my symptoms. Treatment is easy with a 10 day course of antibiotics (I used Cipro) and a stronger probiotic.
