Heya Gang,
Just a quick FYI, cause I posted some pretty depressing stuff last week about my condition.
I started drinking homemade smoothies last week, just frozen fruit, yoplait yogurt, honey and vannila soy milk and after once again cutting my meat intake down to almost nothing, I am feeling better. I am eating litttle half sandwhichs, and ramen type noodles for my solids. I am starting to feel like i can move up the solid food table, just waiting for that one day where my cravings are so vast for food I not only will eat but will want to
I know I am getting better, because I am beginning to think about fast food, I havent nor will I eat it, but I am thinking about it, something I never do when really sick. I keep thinking about hamburgers.
My hemm's are cutting down from razors to "good ol fashioned" pain levels. I got all my bills paid, we actually have some extra money this month.
My digestion has gone from "cement mixer" mode to "good ol fashioned" discomfort pain.
Often we write posts about our pain and alot of us write about feeling better.
I am an offender of not telling you when I feel better.
So for today and hopefully continuing a trend into the future, I am getting better.
PS:
I have to confess something, after my throat tear couple months ago healed, I drank some coffee for about 1 month in october, at the end of the month I felt like I had been through a coffee grinder.
YES. I KNOW, no coffee, I should never have it, but I couldnt stay awake and I was having constipation problems, I thought it would help push things along, wrong, it didnt.
Feel free to beat me with your "No Coffee" Sticks, I deserve that.
